Eric Humke, M.D., Ph.D.

Chief Medical Officer

Eric Humke, M.D., Ph.D., is the Chief Medical Officer at EpiBiologics. Eric brings over two decades of experience in medical oncology and oncology drug development, with a strong track record of advancing innovative therapies in the clinic. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Clinical Research and Development at IGM Biosciences, where he led clinical strategy and development for oncology and autoimmune programs. Prior to IGM, Eric spent over eight years at Genentech, where he led multiple clinical programs from pre-IND through Phase 2 trials, including antibody-drug conjugates and small molecule inhibitors for multiple myeloma, lung, pancreatic, ovarian, endometrial and breast cancers. Earlier in his career, Eric was an instructor at Stanford University, where he conducted basic science research and cared for patients in the oncology clinic. Eric holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from Brown University and an M.D./Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. He completed his internal medicine residency at Washington University in St. Louis and a medical oncology fellowship at Stanford University.
